For the chicken marinade, in a mixing bowl, combine garlic, mixed herbs, lemon juice, olive oil, hot sauce, red chili flakes, parsley leaves, honey, and salt.

Add the chicken breasts to this bowl and massage the marinade onto the chicken.

Allow the chicken to marinate for about an hour.

Heat a skillet over medium heat. once hot, place the marinated chicken on it and cook for approximately 3 minutes on each side, basting the chicken with the remaining marinade while pan-roasting.
