How To Cook?

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. allow them to crackle.

Add finely chopped ginger, garlic, and tomatoes to the pan. stir-fry until the tomatoes become soft and mushy.

Add garam masala, coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric, and salt to the pan. mix well with the tomato mixture.

Toss in the mixed sprouts and mixed vegetables. stir-fry the mixture for a few minutes, ensuring that the sprouts and vegetables are well coated with the spices.

Add 1 cup of water to the pan and let it come to a boil. reduce the heat to a simmer and continue cooking without covering the pan.
