How To Cook?

Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds. allow them to crackle, then add ginger garlic paste and saute until the raw smell disappears.

Add chopped onions and tomatoes to the cooker and cook until they turn mushy.

Now, add the moong sprouts to the cooker and mix well with the onion and tomato mixture.

Sprinkle turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt over the sprouts. give it a good mix.

Close the lid of the pressure cooker and cook for two whistles.
