Cooking base: in a pressure cooker, heat sunflower oil and ghee together. once the mixture turns hot, add carom seeds (ajwain) and allow them to turn golden brown.

Aromatic sautËúÖ: introduce the sliced green chilies, whole black peppercorns, and cloves. sautËúÖ these spices for about 30 seconds.

Vegetable incorporation: add the chopped carrots, french beans, and diced potatoes to the cooker. sautËúÖ the vegetables over medium heat for approximately 5 minutes.

Draining the grains: drain the soaked buckwheat groats and split yellow moong dal from any excess water. add them to the cooker.
