To make spiced panjiri ladoo, gather all the required ingredients.

In a mixer grinder, add dry ginger powder, cumin seeds, ajwain (carom seeds), coriander seeds, cloves, and fennel seeds. grind them into a fine powder.

Transfer the powdered mixture to a mixing bowl and add caster sugar to it. mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Now, add ghee to the mixture and blend everything together to form a cohesive mixture.

Take a portion of the mixture and shape it into round ladoos.
