Peel the raw bananas and potatoes. in a bowl, mash them together using your hands until there are no lumps. add finely chopped onion, green chillies, salt, poppy seeds, and coriander leaves. mix well.

Add the egg white to the mixture and mix thoroughly to bind all the ingredients together.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a non-stick shallow frying pan.

Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into balls, then flatten them slightly to form fritters.

Place the fritters in the pan and shallow-fry them over medium heat. flip them to ensure they are golden brown and crisp on both sides.
