How To Cook?

1

To begin making the spiced poppy seed parathas, grind the poppy seeds and green chillies together, adding very little water to make a smooth paste.

2

In a large mixing bowl, add the poppy seed paste, wheat flour, chopped onions, white sesame seeds, chopped coriander leaves, salt, and a pinch of sugar.

3

Add curd and little water at a time, kneading the mixture to form a smooth dough.

4

Divide the dough into ten equal parts and roll each portion into a flat circle, dusting with flour as needed.

5

Sprinkle nigella seeds on top of the rolled-out dough and press slightly to ensure they stick during cooking.
