To begin making the bengali poppy seeds egg curry, first, hard boil the eggs. add salt or baking soda while boiling the eggs to prevent them from breaking. this will take 10 to 15 minutes.

While the eggs are boiling, make a paste of onions, ginger, garlic, and green chillies. keep the paste aside.

Prepare the poppy seeds paste by grinding them with a little water. keep this paste aside as well.

Once the eggs are done boiling, place them in cold water to cool down. peel the eggs and rub some salt over them.
