How To Cook?

To prepare the spiced egg curry, boil the eggs in water until fully cooked. make sure the eggs are fully immersed in water. boil for about 15 minutes. once cooked, allow them to cool down and remove the shells.

Dry roast the coriander seeds, red chillies, white sesame seeds, poppy seeds, ginger, garlic, and almonds in a pan. once roasted, let them cool down and grind them into a smooth paste by adding a little water.

Heat oil in a kadai or a deep pan. add finely chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown.

Add the ground masala paste to the kadai and saute for about 10 minutes.

Pour 1 cup of water into the kadai, add jaggery, and bring it to a boil.
