To prepare the spicy egg kebabs, start by preparing the hard-boiled eggs and cutting them in half. set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine rice flour, chickpea flour, and all-purpose flour (maida).

Add kashmiri red chilli powder, salt, sambar powder, ginger, garlic, green chilli paste, garam masala, coriander powder, and cumin powder to the bowl.

Gradually add water to the mixture and whisk until you get a thick batter of coating consistency.

Heat oil in a kadai or deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
