To make spicy pomegranate curd rice, ensure you have cooked rice that is very soft and easily mashable.

Place the cooked rice in a large mixing bowl.

If the rice is slightly warm, it will be easier to mash. add a ladle of yogurt to the rice and use your hands or a potato masher to mash the rice thoroughly, combining it with the yogurt.

Once the rice is well-mashed, add the remaining curd, finely chopped green chilies, and pomegranate seed powder.

Mix everything together until well combined. taste and adjust the salt according to your preference.
