How To Cook?

Cook 1 cup of rice in 2 cups of water until it is fully cooked. drain the cooked rice and set it aside to cool down and avoid sticking.

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok or a large pan.

Add diced carrots, shredded cabbage, and diced green bell pepper to the pan. saute the vegetables for a few minutes until they are slightly tender.

Add chopped spring onion bulbs and chopped spring onion greens to the pan and continue to saute for a few more minutes.

Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix well with the vegetables.
