To begin making spicy chicken layered fried rice, marinate the chicken cubes by combining chicken, green chillies, garlic, soy sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, red chilli powder, cumin powder, red chilli sauce, salt, and mix well. allow it to marinate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, boil the rice in a pressure cooker until cooked. fluff it up and keep it aside.

In a wok, heat oil and add ginger, garlic, and slit green chillies. saute until the raw smell disappears.

Add carrots, green capsicum, spring onion, onion, and saute until the vegetables are slightly tender.

Season with salt, spice powder, and white pepper powder. mix well.
