How To Cook?

In a bowl, take 2 cups of whole wheat flour and add salt to taste.

Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of ghee or oil to the flour. gradually add water in parts and knead to form a smooth dough.

Cover the bowl with a lid and let the dough rest for 20 to 30 minutes.

Divide the dough into medium-sized balls and cover them with a napkin or lid.

Take a dough ball and roll it into a thin disc of about 8 to 8.5 inches in diameter on a dusted rolling board.
