To begin making the pumpkin triangle paratha, pressure cook the pumpkin until it is fully cooked. once cooked, mash it well.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour, salt, mashed pumpkin, and a tablespoon of oil. knead the mixture while adding little water at a time to form a firm and smooth dough.

Add one tablespoon of oil to coat the dough and knead it again. cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

Knead the dough once more and divide it into 8 equal portions.

Preheat an iron skillet or tawa on medium heat.
