How To Cook?

In a mixing bowl, combine the wheat flour and gram flour. mix well.

Add carom seeds, nigella seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt, and 3 tablespoons of ghee to the bowl. mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Finely chop the onions and coriander leaves, then add them to the flour mixture. mix well to incorporate the onions and coriander leaves.

Gradually add water to the mixture and knead it into a smooth dough.

Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a ball. dust it with dry flour and roll it out into a paratha.
