To begin making the spiced paneer radish paratha, grate the cottage cheese and radish. set aside.

For the filling, heat a skillet over medium flame. add 1 teaspoon of oil.

Add cumin seeds, chopped ginger, and garlic to the skillet. saute for 30 seconds.

Now, add the grated radish, salt, and turmeric powder. continue to saute on high heat until all the moisture from the radish evaporates.

Turn off the flame and transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl.
