How To Cook?

To prepare the beetroot radish paneer curry, add the chopped beetroot, onion, ginger, garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, and salt to a pressure cooker along with 1 cup of water.

Cook until you hear 3 to 4 whistles, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.

After the pressure is released, add coconut milk, paneer, coriander powder, and garam masala powder to the cooker. mix well and let it come to a boil.

Once the curry has boiled, turn off the heat and transfer it to a serving bowl.
