How To Cook?

In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, salt, and sunflower oil. gradually add water and knead to form a soft and smooth dough. cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, mix the grated paneer, chopped spinach, crushed dried fenugreek leaves, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry mango powder, cumin powder, and salt. mix well to combine all the ingredients.

Divide the dough into equal-sized balls. take one dough ball and roll it into a small circle of about 3-4 inches in diameter.

Place a spoonful of the paneer-spinach filling in the center of the rolled dough.

Bring the edges of the dough together to enclose the filling and pinch to seal. flatten the filled dough ball slightly.
