How To Cook?

To prepare the spinach and fennel paratha, first, wash the spinach thoroughly and blanch it in boiling water for a minute. drain and chop the blanched spinach finely.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, green chillies, wheat flour, roasted fennel seeds, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and a pinch of salt. knead the ingredients together, adding a little water at a time, until you achieve a firm and smooth dough.

Cover the dough and let it rest for 15 minutes.

After resting, knead the dough again and divide it into 8 equal portions.

Preheat a tava or griddle on medium heat.
