How To Cook?

To begin making makki and methi paratha, heat water in a pan until lukewarm.

In a stainless steel mixing bowl, combine maize flour, chopped fenugreek leaves, finely chopped green chilies, carom seeds (ajwain), kashmiri red chili powder, and salt.

Mix all the ingredients well.

Gradually add lukewarm water to the maize flour mixture, kneading it into a soft dough.

Drizzle some oil over the dough and cover it, letting it rest for a while.
