In another bowl, mix whole wheat flour, salt, oil, and water to form a dough. let it rest for 15 minutes.

Divide the dough into equal portions. roll out each portion into small circles and place a portion of the egg mixture in the center. seal the edges and roll them again.

Heat ghee or butter in a pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides until they turn golden in color.
