How To Cook?

To begin making the mutton and egg croquettes, heat oil in a heavy-bottomed pan.

Add finely chopped onions and saut„© until they turn translucent.

Stir in ginger garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.

Add the spice powders (red chilli powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder) along with salt. mix well.

Add the minced mutton to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes. the mutton will release its juices, and you can continue cooking it in its own juices without adding any water. this process may take around 30 minutes to fully cook the mutton.
