How To Cook?

1

To prepare the spinach tofu stuffed paratha, mix the whole wheat flour with oil/ghee, and add all the mentioned ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2

Begin kneading the dough by adding a little water, if required, and work it until it forms a soft and pliable consistency.

3

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and set it aside for 15 minutes to rest.

4

After resting, divide the dough into 14 to 15 equal-sized balls, depending on the preferred size of the parathas.

5

Take one ball, dust it with flour, and roll it out into a disc of the desired thickness and size for the paratha.
