How To Cook?

1

To prepare the spinach and mushroom makhani, start by steaming the washed and chopped spinach.

2

In a pressure cooker, add the chopped spinach, tomatoes, green chillies, ginger, and garlic. add 2 tablespoons of water and pressure cook for one whistle.

3

After the first whistle, release the pressure immediately by running it under cold water to retain the fresh green color of the spinach.

4

Allow the cooked spinach to cool completely, then blend it into a smooth puree with minimal or no water. you can also mash the spinach for a different texture if desired.

5

Heat ghee in a frying pan over medium heat. add cumin seeds and a cinnamon stick, and saute for a few seconds.
