To prepare the flaky pinwheel roti, take a large mixing bowl and add wheat flour and salt. mix them together.

Gradually add water and knead the flour mixture to form a smooth and stiff dough. let the dough rest for 15 minutes.

Pinch a lemon-sized ball from the dough and roll it into a smooth ball.

Dust the rolling surface with flour and roll out the dough ball into a thick round roti.

Spread a little ghee on one side of the roti and place that side on a hot tawa or griddle.
