How To Cook?

In a large bowl or parat, combine 2 cups of ragi flour, 1 cup of whole wheat flour, and 1 teaspoon of salt.

Mix the dry ingredients together using a spoon. then, add 1.5 cups of hot boiling water to the mixture.

Stir the ingredients with a spoon and let it rest for a few minutes until it's cool enough to handle.

Once the mixture has cooled down slightly, start kneading the dough while it's still warm. gradually sprinkle warm water as needed and continue kneading until a soft dough is formed.

The dough should be soft and pliable. cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes. then, divide the dough into medium-sized balls.
