How To Cook?

To make the healthy ragi ujju roti, heat water in a medium-sized pan and bring it to a boil. add salt and olive oil to the boiling water.

Reduce the heat to low and gradually add ragi flour to the boiling water, stirring continuously. make sure there are no lumps.

Cook the ragi flour mixture on low to medium heat for 8-10 minutes, uncovered, until it thickens.

Turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly until it is safe to handle.

Wet a wooden spatula or a wooden stick and vigorously mix the cooked ragi flour mixture until it forms a smooth dough. this should take about 2 minutes.
