How To Cook?

To prepare the nutritious ragi-wheat roti, combine the ragi flour, wheat flour, and salt in a large mixing bowl. gradually add water to the flours and knead the mixture into a firm and smooth dough.

Add a teaspoon of sunflower oil to the dough and continue kneading for a few more minutes until the oil coats the dough uniformly.

Divide the dough into equal-sized portions and cover it with a damp cloth. let the dough rest for about 15 minutes to attain the right consistency.

Preheat a tawa or griddle on medium-high heat.

Take one portion of the dough, flatten it between your palms, and dust it with flour. roll it out into thin circles of approximately 6-7 inches in diameter.
