How To Cook?

1

To create spicy roti chips, begin by cutting the rotis into triangular or rectangular pieces. this can be done by stacking the rotis on top of each other and using a sharp knife to slice them into desired shapes.

2

In a frying pan or kadai, heat sunflower oil over medium-high heat.

3

Once the oil is hot, carefully place the roti pieces in the hot oil. fry them until they turn golden brown and become crispy. fry the roti pieces in batches if needed to ensure they cook evenly and become crunchy.

4

Once the roti chips are crisp and golden, remove them from the oil using a slotted spoon and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.

5

While the roti chips are still hot, sprinkle them with chaat masala, salt, and red chilli powder according to your taste preference.
