How To Cook?

1

In a mixing bowl, take the maize flour (or cornmeal), carom seeds, and salt. mix them together with a spoon.

2

Heat water separately in a pan until it comes to a boil. add this hot water to the flour mixture.

3

Mix with a spoon, cover, and set aside until the dough mixture becomes warm.

4

Once the mixture is warm and safe to handle, begin kneading it into a smooth yet firm dough. if the dough looks dry, add some warm water. if it looks sticky, add a few tablespoons of maize flour.

5

Knead the dough into a smooth yet firm consistency. fine cracks may appear on the dough, but that's normal. make medium-sized balls from the dough and shape them into neat balls, then flatten them slightly.
