To prepare the dill leaves and flattened rice roti, start by soaking the flattened rice (poha) in 1/2 cup of water for about 30 minutes.

After soaking, mash the flattened rice until it becomes a soft dough. add the rice flour, chopped dill leaves, finely chopped green chillies, cumin seeds, and salt to the mashed flattened rice.

Bind the mixture together using 1/4 cup of lukewarm water to form a wet, non-sticky dough.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Heat a non-stick tawa or skillet on the stove over medium heat.
