How To Cook?

Soak the red kidney beans (rajma) overnight and pressure cook them with water for about 5 to 6 whistles.

After 5 to 6 whistles, reduce the heat to low and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Allow the pressure to release naturally. the rajma should be soft and fully cooked.

Drain the excess water and set the cooked rajma aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked rajma, finely chopped onion, diced tomato, finely chopped green chilli, chaat masala, lemon juice, and chopped cilantro leaves.
