How To Cook?

To begin making the spicy ginger rajma masala, wash and soak the red rajma overnight.

Pressure cook the soaked rajma with enough water for 6 whistles. then, turn the heat to low and cook for another 15 to 20 minutes until the rajma is soft and fully cooked.

Turn off the heat and allow the pressure to release naturally.

In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat ghee. add the bay leaf.

Add finely chopped onions, ginger, and garlic. saut„© until the onions turn golden.
