How To Cook?

Heat a tablespoon of oil in a heavy-bottomed pan and stir-fry the idlis until they are lightly crisp. transfer them to a bowl and set aside.

In the same pan, heat 2 teaspoons of oil and add onions, green capsicum, and green chillies. saute them on medium heat until they become tender, which takes about 5 to 7 minutes.

Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and stir well. saute until the tomatoes turn soft.

Stir in the tomato ketchup, fried idlis, chopped coriander leaves, and mint leaves.

Stir-fry on high heat for about a minute, ensuring the ingredients are well combined.
