Take 8 pieces of idli and cut them into cubes.

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger, garlic, and slit green chillies. saute them well.

Add cubes of onion, green capsicum, and idli. stir well.

Add green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar. mix everything well.

Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
