In a bowl, mix rice flour, corn flour, kashmiri red chilli powder, white pepper powder, garlic paste, salt, and water to create a sticky, thick batter.

Toss the paneer cubes in the batter, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Fry the paneer in batches in the hot oil for 2-3 minutes, until they develop a light brown, crisp coating on all sides. drain the fried paneer on kitchen paper and set aside.

To make the sauce, heat vegetable oil in a saucepan over medium heat.
