Spicy Baby Corn Stir-Fry

Boil water and then switch off the heat. add the baby corn to the water and cook for 5 minutes. cut the cooked baby corn into strips.

In a mixing bowl, combine cornflour, all-purpose flour, pepper powder, and a pinch of salt. add a little water to make a smooth paste.

Dip the baby corn strips into the prepared batter and fry them in a pan with a little oil. alternatively, you can deep fry them until golden and crisp. drain the fried baby corn on a tissue paper and set them aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan. add green chillies, garlic, and the white part of spring onions. saute for 2 minutes. then, add onions and saute until they become transparent. add green capsicum and saute for a few more minutes.

Add the fried baby corn to the pan along with tomato sauce, red chilli sauce, soy sauce, and pepper powder. give it a quick toss to coat the baby corn and veggies with the sauces.
