How To Cook?

Rinse the baby corn and chop them into 2 to 3 pieces, if needed.

In a mixing bowl, add the chopped baby corn, 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper powder, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt (or as per taste).

Add 2 tablespoons of corn flour (corn starch) to the bowl and mix well.

Heat oil in a kadai or pan for frying. you can choose to deep fry or shallow fry the baby corn.

Test the oil temperature by adding one piece of baby corn. it should gradually come to the surface. if it stays at the bottom, the oil is not hot enough, so increase the flame. if it comes up too quickly, the oil is too hot, so reduce the flame.
