How To Cook?

In a bowl, combine quick cooking oats, semolina, yogurt, water, baking soda, grated carrot, and chopped fresh coriander leaves. mix well to form a batter.

Shape small balls using this batter.

Place the balls on an idli/appe pan and cook them for 5-6 minutes, rotating them in the middle until they turn golden brown.

In a pan, heat oil and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, urad dal, chana dal, asafoetida, black pepper, green chilies, curry leaves, and ginger. saute for a few minutes.

Add the cooked vegetable manchurian balls into the pan and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
