How To Cook?

In a large bowl, combine semolina, curd, ginger, garlic, finely chopped green chillies, green cabbage, carrot, green capsicum, onion, salt, and pepper. mix well. add water gradually to form a dough-like consistency. set it aside.

Shape the dough into small balls and either bake, air fry, or steam them for about 10 minutes until they are cooked and firm.

Heat oil in a wok or pan. add ginger, garlic, and green chillies. saute for a minute.

Add chopped cabbage, grated carrot, diced onions, and capsicum to the pan. stir-fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes.

Add soy sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce (optional), and tomato ketchup to the pan. stir well and let it cook for a minute.
