How To Cook?

Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions, red chillies, cumin seeds, and ginger. saute them until they are cooked.

Transfer the cooked ingredients to a blender jar, add salt, and blend into a fine paste. this will be the onion chutney.

In a separate bowl, soak semolina in yogurt for 15-20 minutes, allowing it to form a thick vada batter.

To the semolina-yogurt mixture, add cumin seeds, salt, and cooking soda. mix well to combine.

Take small portions of the batter and shape them into small, slightly flattened round vadas. you can wet your hands with water to prevent sticking.
