Prepare the garlic chutney and keep it aside.

Now, let's make the spinach and corn vada (tikki). in a skillet, melt butter and saute minced garlic, finely chopped onions, green chilies, and grated ginger until onions become soft and golden.

Add chopped spinach and cook for a few seconds until it wilts down and most of the moisture evaporates.

Stir in the mashed potatoes, boiled sweet corn, and chaat masala. cook for a couple of minutes until the mixture becomes a thick, firm tikki mixture. adjust salt to taste. allow the mixture to cool down.
