In a pan, bring 2 glasses of water to a boil and add the spinach to blanch it briefly.

After 2 minutes, turn off the heat and transfer the blanched spinach to a grinding jar.

Add ginger and garlic to the same grinding jar and grind them into a smooth paste without adding water.

Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. fry them for a few seconds until they sizzle.

Add onions to the pan and saute them for 2 minutes over medium heat.
