How To Cook?

1

Wash the palak (spinach) and roughly chop it. heat a pan with 1 teaspoon of oil and add the chopped palak and green chillies. since we have washed the palak, there will be some retained water in the leaves, which will help in cooking. saute for 1-2 minutes until the volume reduces.

2

Allow it to cool, then grind it to a smooth puree. meanwhile, pressure cook the baby corn. cut the baby corn into your desired shape, such as diagonal pieces. i prefer cutting each baby corn into 4-5 diagonal pieces. pressure cook for 3 whistles with a little water, salt, and _ teaspoon of sugar.

3

Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and temper it with cumin seeds (jeera). add finely chopped onion and fry until transparent.

4

Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute over medium flame. add the pureed palak and sugar.

5

Cook for 2 minutes, being careful not to lose too much color. add the cooked baby corn.
