To prepare the spicy baby corn cigars, start by blanching the baby corn. boil them in hot water for 2-3 minutes and then immediately transfer them to ice water to cool.

Slit the blanched baby corn longitudinally into two halves.

Boil the potato until it is cooked through. mash the potato well using a masher.

In a mixing bowl, combine red chilli powder, pizza seasoning, garlic paste, salt, and vinegar. mix well.

Drizzle olive oil into the mixture and give it a nice mix.
