How To Cook?

1

To prepare spicy tandoori baby potatoes, start by making a smooth paste. grind kashmiri dry red chillies, garlic, ginger, coriander powder, cumin powder, and water together in a grinder to create a smooth paste. set it aside.

2

Peel the baby potatoes and wash them thoroughly. use a fork to prick the potatoes evenly all over to ensure even cooking.

3

Place the pricked potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl or dish and cook them in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until they are partially cooked. once done, keep them aside.

4

In another microwave-safe bowl, heat the sunflower oil on high for 30 seconds. add the prepared smooth paste to the hot oil, mix well, and microwave on high for another one minute.

5

Add the partially cooked baby potatoes, fresh cream, dried fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi), tandoori masala powder, and salt. mix all the ingredients well to coat the potatoes.
