How To Cook?

Start by boiling the potatoes until they are tender. once they are cooked, peel and cut them into small cubes. set aside.

Make a paste with garlic cloves. you can do this by crushing the garlic cloves with a pestle and mortar or using a food processor.

In a large pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. add cumin seeds and let them sizzle.

Add the garlic paste to the pan and sautËúÖ for a couple of minutes until it turns golden brown and fragrant.

Lower the heat and add chickpea flour (besan) to the pan. roast the besan until it turns light brown and releases a nutty aroma. stir continuously to avoid burning.
