To start creating roasted garlic whipped potatoes, preheat your oven to 400Êû≥f (200Êû≥c).

Cut off the top of the garlic bulb to expose the cloves, and drizzle with a bit of olive oil. wrap it in aluminum foil and roast in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, until the garlic cloves are soft and caramelized. let it cool.

While the garlic is roasting, place the peeled and cubed potatoes in a saucepan. cover them with water and add a pinch of salt. boil the potatoes for about 15-20 minutes, or until they are fork-tender.

Once the potatoes are cooked, drain them well and return them to the saucepan.

Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of the skins and add them to the potatoes.
