How To Cook?

Rinse the spinach thoroughly and place it in a strainer. squeeze out any excess water.

Heat 3 cups of water in a deep-bottomed pan. once it starts boiling, add lemon juice, sugar, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of turmeric.

Bring the water to a boil and add the baby corn. boil them for approximately 2 minutes. once done, strain them.

In a large kadai or frying pan, heat oil over low-medium heat. add cumin seeds and let them turn golden.

Add minced garlic, red chilies, and onion rings to the kadai. stir for a few seconds or until the garlic changes color.
